Use dependency injection instead of facades in controllers about fractal

Fractal does not use Facades at all.

You are looking at the static usage of the Book model in the examples right? In those examples there is no function, method or class in use, so where could I inject anything? And what would I be unit-testing?

The example is simply showing some data being passed into the resource, how you do that is up to you, and im just showing off the easiest approach.
