Probably irrelevant unless you want to offer a bunch of alternatives, but I have a Doctrine DBAL version of this at https://github.com/inanimatt/silex-oauth2-api/tree/master/src/Inanimatt/OAuth2/Server/Storage/DBAL that you're welcome to claim for your own, no strings attached. It's convenient for using OAuth2-Server in Silex, since it ships with DBAL integration.
