There’s already a copy-paste feature

When you assign multiple key codes to one element, that element will highlight when you press all of them at once. This feature is made for like having a Ctrl+Shift+N key that will highlight when you press all of them together, that's the shortcut for a new layer in Photoshop, for example...

The way to achieve lighting up on different individual keys would be to place multiple keys on top of each other.

I'm not entirely sure if I handle transparency correctly for this though. But it should be possible, as I render a background with all keys unpressed to prevent having to redraw all keys every time. As long as pressing doesn't contain transparent things that are not transparent when not pressing, this should work fine.

Ah... I see.

I think the manual is a bit ambiguous actually. Maybe it should say "allows for multiple key codes for detecting combination presses like Ctrl+Shift+N".

The ability to copy-paste keys would be great for this purpose.

No mention of "copy" or "paste" in the manual. No option presented in the right-click menu.

Are you talking about editing the json file?

Ctrl + C & Ctrl + V actually do a copy & paste.

You're right in that it is not in the manual. That readme file is getting a bit out of hand. Perhaps some effort should be put into creating a separate manual elsewhere. I might create a wiki for it here on GitHub or something.

I believe the reason I wasn't able to get ctrl-c to work earlier was probably related to the whole way it handles having elements selected, the other bug/feature request somehow. Because I know for sure it didn't do anything the first time I tried. It could be I just wasn't able to select an element.
