What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch tripcrunch
2. Ctrl-C
3. "ERROR: no return value from thread 0" get

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Good: pthread_join returns 0 (which is good according to the man page)
Bad: void **thr_ret is still NULL and bad things happen on line 655 of 
tripcrunch.c

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version: the last version from SVN on Mac OS 10.5.8.

Please provide any additional information below.

No other info, I'm looking at the sauce to see what can be done, I'll test 
later on Mac OS 10.6.3.

1. Read line 78 of tripcrunch.c
2. Notice the typo "searchies"
3. PROFIT!!!

Expected: searches
See instead: searchies
