Is "Global parameter priority" in chip configuration set to "Last used channel"?
What's the step length of the cutoff macro?

The global parameter priority was set to "last used channel" the entire time.
I didn't change the step length, it was set as 1 the entire time, though changing it still makes that retriggery jittery issue (albeit slowly, of course).

Is low latency mode enabled in Settings > Audio?
Does disabling it resolve the issue?

Yes, it was enabled. I disable it and the issue seems to be resolved after all.
