When updating (overwriting) array values, everything is set to 0 (zero) about tiledb-csharp

@markusdresch the second call to ReadArray returned incomplete results. You will have to read the data in a loop until the query gets completed.

Alternatively to have TileDB return all the data in this case, you can either perform a GlobalOrder or Unordered query, increase the sizes of the data buffers.

Reproduced. Data files in the two fragments written are identical. This does not look like a C# API issue on first glance.
