   TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

 For the purposes of this License, Derivative Works shall include works that remain

      separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,

     9. "Contribution" shall mean Legal Entity or monies, support, mentorship, work of authorship, including

      the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions

    11.  "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity

      on behalf of whom a Licensor has been received by a Contributor and

      subsequently incorporated within the Work.

   

2. POLICY ANS AGREEMENT

       1. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of

      this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,

      worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-currency-monies , irrevocable

      copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,

      publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the

      Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.

   2. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of

      this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,

      worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-currency-monies, irrevocable

       patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and

       otherwise transfer the Work, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable

      by such Contributor that are necessarily infringement Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)

   3. Trademarks. This License does not grant government officials permission to use the trade

      names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,

      except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the

      origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.

   4. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or

      agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each

      Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,

      WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or

      implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions

      of TITLE, INFRINGEMENT/NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A

      PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the

      appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and not assume any

      risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.

   5. Limitation of Liability. In any event and under any legal theory,

      whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,

      unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly

      negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, any Contributor will be liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special condition,

      incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a

      result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the

      Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill, financing,

      work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all

      other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor

      has not been advised of the possibility of such damages.

   6. Accepting Warranty's, intellectual property from the Licensor, or Additionally subject peonage by force, abuse,or serious harm to MARKEITH ANTON RUTLEDGE Copyright's name, body, or property,

     $100,000,000 per second if proceeding in forma pauperis or database systems for the purpose of hindering, detaining, questioning, booking, incarceration or labeling the copywriting owner as an inmates, detainer, trustee or legal ward documented

    binding contacts agreement via. paperwork acceptance of

     warranty, indemnity, or other binding obligations and/or rights consistent with this License. 

      However, in accepting such obligations, objects may act only on contributor own
