The Openai chatgpt is free but the api only provides a $5 free quota.

This is not a bug and should be considered for close. The reason is, that the plugin communicates with ChatGPT via API and not via the Web Interface, which can be used for free to some degree. The API always has limits and requires payment, if you want to go further. Therefore this is not a bug, it's a feature.

I have a good API key , I have refreshed and I still get the same error :(
