Add tests to cover a few basic cases to begin with

--stargazers and --watchers simply returns the sum of every hit for every user repository.
This could potentially also include repository owners acting as stargazers and certainly every repository owner is a watcher by default.

These shouldn't be included in the final result.

The application terminates if an invalid github username is provided to the application. We must catch/handle the exception appropriately.
