[HELP] Proxy destination does not seem to change when edited about zoraxy

This is two separate questions in your bug report.

the redirect proxy (obviously) doesn't work (and takes me to a cloudflare page for some reason)

That is not Cloudflare. It is Zoraxy's error page that looks really like cloudflare (and help makes some attacker thinks it is really Cloudflare and stop attacking). If you look at the error page carefully, you will see "Powered by Zoraxy" in the bottom left corner.

f I then go to the HTTP Proxy tab, and edit the entry to be correct, the proxy still shows the Cloudflare page.

It is mostly due to your browser cache. Enable development mode or go to your browser's developer console and select "Disable Cache".
