I hope all is well.

I have calcium transient traces that I'd like to analyze, but I keep getting the following error
"Please select the folder with the calcium traces
Error using sheetnames (line 36)
Unable to find or open 'C:\Users\raash\Desktop\caltrack\CalTrack-master\scripts\MultiCell\CalciumData_MultiCell.xlsx'. Check the
path and filename or file permissions.

Error in DataAnalysis (line 6)

Error in main (line 228)

I have converted my STK files to TIFF using imageJ, but I can't seem to get through any further after the program asks to select a file. I do have Bio-formats downloaded as well, but I'm not sure if I'm missing anything. Can you please help?

I've been trying to run CalTrack on single cell videos of primary cardiomyocytes loaded with Cal520. I have .czi files, but only got anything to work by manually converting them to tif before running the main script. I then make it through the main script, and a trace is extracted. I'm getting hung up on the data analysis portion, and excel files are never created. I receive the following error message near the end:
Done! Results saved in folder "calcium_analysis" in :/Users/kerrie/Documents/MATLAB/CalTrack-master/Images/calcium_analysis

noisy signal detected and excluded.
Unrecognized field name "name".

Can anyone help with this?
