Translator fails for repeated translations. about google-api-translate-java

This is because this translator tries to translate the content by making a http 
url
connection. and so after some no of translations, google servers assumes these
requests as DOS attack requests, there by failing the translations. 

this is a limitation of this api.

selvan - it looks as though your request is being blocked by a firewall, 
perhaps you
use a proxy?

I believe as of version 0.4 the translator should not fail for repeated 
translations
- I've tested 3000 queries in a continuous loop without any failures.
