meets Tokio `enble_io()` error about turmoil

That TcpListener needs to be the turmoil version, not tokio's. Note that enable_io shouldn't be called, since all IO is simulated through turmoil and no actual OS sockets are used. The error message could be a better, though.

Any ideas on how we can improve this? That is a tokio panic, so without a tighter integration I'm not sure how to intercept that in a reasonable way.

Yeah I think tighter integration is probably the only option here, unfortunately. In the short term it may be worth adding a FAQ?
