Installation instructions out of date? about plenv

Did you try https://github.com/tokuhirom/plenv#basic-github-checkout?

plenv install subcommand is enabled after run $ git clone git://github.com/tokuhirom/Perl-Build.git ~/.plenv/plugins/perl-build/.

make copy-from-rbenv is just a author's thing. It breaks the environment!! I need to remove this feature.

You never ever need to setup rbenv or anything.

Your ls command output shows the git clone somehow failed. Try doing it
from scratch? I set it up on my new machine the other day and commands in
README just worked fine.
