While I'm at it, do you mind if I also make it behave truely like
non-flowing v0.10 streams? At the moment you're kicking the streams in
flowing mode, which is adviced against nowadays.

Yeah, that'd be great. As long as we keep the code tight and small, and regular callback-based requests with all the niceties (parsing/decoding) still work.

Of course. But right now you have to do a Stream.Readable.wrap() to kick
the stream back into proper streams2 behavior and I want to get rid of
that.
