Yes. Using the godep go command workflow will be unchanged.

I'd also like to improve the case when you're initially fetching and
building a godep-using project, but that's a separate issue.

One nice ancillary benefit of flag -copy, the Heroku buildpack will
be able to skip installing all VCS systems (hg and bzr).
