git+ssh for private git repositories about godep

@silasdavis are you familiar with the url.<base>.insteadOf config option in Git? I've been using it successfully to go get from private repositories.

You can use 'go get' on private repos if you put a github access token in ~/.netrc.

Here's a (fake) example:

machine github.com
  login kr
  password d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e

This works for the plain go tool and anything else that uses it, not just godep.

The .netrc method is working for me with go get, but not with godep restore. Any ideas?
