They should all be fixed. One thing that is not very nice is that help icon and tooltips (the last item of the issue you reported) require an app restart. It can be done to listen for the font size setting and change the tooltip and helpicon size dynamically but it requires a little bit of work. I'd settle with this for now and see if I manage to work on it later.
