Add GT09 tracker support about traccar

Try ports 5000 (xexun) and 5001 (gps103), those are two most common protocols.
Also, enable logging by changing from false to true in the following line in config:

Any news? Even if it doesn't work, traccar generates log file with network packets dump which will help me to identify you tracker protocol or add support for it.

Looks like it might be AVL08 protocol, port 5007. Anyway, I'm closing this issue, please create a new one if you have any problems.
