Rename data folders about austraits.build

We agreed to go with scheme Gallagher_2000 where Gallagher is first author of relevant primary source OR first name of collector for unpublished work, and year is year of publication or final year of collection for unpublished.

In the rare cases where there are duplicate keys we go for Gallagher_2000_A, Gallagher_2000_B, Gallagher_2000_C etc

This will be much easier if we have structured bibliographic information, see #60.
