I've looked into this one and changed my mind. Indeed this is another point where Transcrypt deviates from Python. However I consider a for loop with a changing boundary undesirable and hopefully rare and don't want to incur the additional complexity. In case of a changing boundary a while-loop is better in my view.

 while len (foo):
    foo.pop (0)

Here I favor simplicity over adherence. Note that this is a matter of defining the niche that Transcrypt is for. So I don't claim any 'absolute truth' underlying this design choice. E.g. in Brython a different choice was made, since there completeness was clearly higher on the priority ladder and simple, compact JS lower.

I will add the main limitations to the docs. This one should be mentioned there.
