We're going to have a forked bl model, and have it served through bl_lookup. That forked bl is going to hook uniprotkb to genes. We might have to back that out later.

We're now able to associate UniProtKB with gene. But, because we're building this by following HGNC, we're not bringing in every uniprotkb. And in particular, we're only getting swissprot ids, not trembls. I think that's good enough for now, but it will probably need to be revisited later.
