@godspeed1989 @traveller59 maybe it is a naive question but let me ask
I was trying to understand the code of SECOND and I could not understand what are these builder.py files?? and why we need to build if we are using pure python?? It is my first-time encounter with protocol buffers and I understood builder.py files are something related to it.
I tried to google it but could not find any compelling results:
https://developers.google.com/protocol-buffers/docs/reference/python-generated
I would be grateful if you could point me to some tutorial or material so that it helps me to understand the code structure... or the methodology behind the code architecture of this repository.
Thank you in advance.

@anshulpaigwar I think the author is trying to use builder pattern to design project. This design pattern helps to reuse code when new functionality is added. But it is really not so friendly to ones not familiar with the code.
