Atom includes this library already. You don't need to do anything to install it. You just need the most recent version of Atom, and for now you need to check the Use Tree-sitter Parsers checkbox in the settings view.

But it is not working, the underlining and the highlighting of the local variables.

This is the type of question that you should have posted in your initial description.

The reason that is not working is that this library does not do local variable highlighting. If you want local variable highlighting, you can install this package: https://github.com/atom-archive/tree-sitter-syntax. It is experimental only and subject to breakage. It's also not officially supported by me. If you have questions about it, you can feel free to open issues on that repository.
