utf-8 filename & foldername support about responsivefilemanager

why you don't use utf8 chars? is all in utf8, maybe the conversion don't work, try change the method to convert the string in include/uilt.php

I have some files with persian name like سلام.txt in my source folder.
ResponsiveFilemanager do not show it's name and show it whith no name. when i try to rename it, all of my source folder deleted.

I have this problem on windows with xampp, when upload on linux server, problem solved!! (this)
But why occurred this on windows?
