Adding `chefvm current` to bash prompt slows it down

I don't know exactly how to profile a bash prompt yet - but I did a couple of tests, and removing the command from my prompt sped it up considerably.

I get a run time of about 0.41s ``` -> % time bash -c 'chefvm current' default bash -c 'chefvm current' 0.02s user 0.02s system 100% cpu 0.041 total ``` What does that return for you? Also what version are you on?

Turns out I was wrong - I was executing this in a fork, and doing another few things, and this was the part that I decided to remove, and that improved things. I'm on 1.0.1, and it seems nice and snappy now.
