I tried using linux commands in WSL, but run into problem of google-oauthlib-tool complaining could not locate runnable browser
from google_assistant_sdk_custom.

Looks like I was able to get it to run by running a command like:
python C:\Users\amosy\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python312\site-packages\google_auth_oauthlib\tool\__main__.py --scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/assistant-sdk-prototype --scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gcm --save --client-secrets D:\Downloads\client_secret.json
from google_assistant_sdk_custom.
