Yes, because reoptimization flex calculation feature is not yet implemented. So @zxc8063898 you can modify calc_flex_chp by including a new parameter reopt. You can see calc_flex_hp as an example.
I cannot rewrite calc_flex_chp and calc_flex_ev myself because it is too much work for me. You guys are the owners. If you do not want to write for reoptimization flex calculation then remove or remove the word reopt while calling the function.
