Armen Martirosyan researched other FOSS projects to see how they do it. They often have bug templates. Started looking into doing that.
VMB suggests postponing that until later.
Armen's going to give this another go w/the tool/configuration we have now.

To report a bug, submit to jira.tungsten.io - be specific? Maybe include screenshots? There may be new people to JIRA so be a bit more comprehensive.
