Define a useful __str__ object about twilio-python

Iterating over the properties would be a bad idea. On objects like phone
numbers of accounts, the results output would be quite large. It's probably
better to print something like

When you print a Resource you get back for example

<twilio.rest.resources.calls.Call object at 0x10f0a40d0>

It would be nice if we iterated the properties of the object when you
printed it.

Fixed with e80b295.

InstanceResources now return <Call CA123> and ListResources return <PhoneNumbers (4)>.
