Hey @malgamves. @mattmakai reached out and asked me to give some more color on what we're looking for in this post topic.

I think this is a post on string handling in .NET more than anything else. Issues I've seen for .NET developers wanting to use Twilio SMS or Chat to send emojies, to send non-Latin characters, line breaks etc. What does a developer need to think about when converting between between different character encodings before sending the string to Twilio. Are there things in how the HTTP requests get sent that a developer should be thinking about.
