**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** There is an increasing usage of emoji hashtags and cashtags (for example #🇺🇸 and $🇺🇸), however these are not indexed at the moment. **Describe the solution you'd like** Making emoji hashtags and cashtags searchable. Convert emojis to punycode, and index them. It's not that hard. For example #🇺🇸 and $🇺🇸. Thank you.
