Problems with current Table/Plate
- Does not handle jagged arrays well, and behavior unintuitive if a jagged csv is read
- May not be so easy to use
- Complex implementation: requires lazy loading, etc
- Sorting of indices
- Views will take more work to implement
Simpler alternative:
- For now, just use List and Matrix
- Later: design something better
