reset uBO to defaults, add your other lists (and see if some added list leads to breakage), test again (disabling other extensions)

I did exactly that on two separate machines before reporting here. I'm reproducing this reliably, even on a new profile. Can rule out ISP interference too because I'm literally in a different country as I post this comment.
