[Bug] No circle found in Quad 1 about omrchecker

Hi @KaioSpa, yes this is expected as the omr_markers are expected to be in the 4 equal portions(quadrants) of the page.

As you can see the two markers are below the line. You have two alternatives as of now -

1. Modify the code to change the quadrant position, or
2. Use the upgraded branch feature/upgrade-crop-on-markers with a new template.json that should support passing topLeft, topRight, etc patches

For 1, you need to change this line :

midh, midw = 2 * h1 // 3, w1 // 2

For 2,

git checkout feature/upgrade-crop-on-markers

and update your template.json like this
