Do any tournaments actually track who voted for/against? I mean, I can imagine wanting to do so. In fact, a draw-voting app would be really interesting. :D But still, at present, its "put the token in the box" and even the GM maybe doesn't know who voted which way?

I was thinking initially that it's trivial to record/report the number of votes for and against, and that it would be interesting to run a tournament where that was made public (I may do this for the next Cascadia Open). From there, it's a short step to actually tracking who voted which way (and again, maybe making that public). It could be done even with the "put a token in the box" - you just have to give each power tokens of the right colour. I suspect that trickiest part is to support the various options in a clean way - I don't want to force TDs to enter each power's vote if they only care about passed/failed....

If you aren't doing secret ballot, absolutely. I've heard a fair argument against secret ballot, though I don't think it is the right way to do draw votes personally. One issue is speed, as you want draw votes to happen quickly, and another is not giving information when votes are supposed to be secret. When players know only one person voted down the draw, you get a very different dynamic than when they know multiple people did.

Custom "Draw vote cards" that have a slider or a marker on them, that are labeled for each power could satisfy all requirements. So could an app on a phone! :)

Right. I have no idea whether that "different" dynamic would be better or worse, because I've never played at a tournament where anything other than pass/fail is announced for draw votes. I think it would be a worthwhile experiment.

Commit ccf2c4e adds support for tracking the counts of votes for and against DrawProposals. I'm going to count that as "good enough to close this issue".
