Support adding news items manually

News items should have an "expiration" - a point at which they're no longer "news" and would be deleted. Once we have manually-added news items, it may make sense to store all news items in the database rather than generating them each time.
May well want to manually add "background" items, too.

Another thing that might fit in here is "After Action Reports".
Putting all this together, it seems like a generic "blob of text" associated with a Game. Possibly subclassed as a NewsItem (with an expiration), a BackgroundItem, or an AfterActionReport. Maybe also a CommentaryItem, associated with a particular season?
Of course we'd need places to display the last two types.
