Doesn't handle spaces in path about atom-arduino-toolbelt

Fixed the thing on my side but never took the time to set up a git clone.

Juste change file arduino-command.coffee lines 10 and 23 this way :
verifyCommand = arduinoPath + ' ' + filePath + ' ' + '--verify'
to
verifyCommand = arduinoPath + ' "' + filePath + '" ' + '--verify'

and
uploadCommand = arduinoPath + ' ' + filePath + ' ' + '--upload --port ' + port
to
uploadCommand = arduinoPath + ' "' + filePath + '" ' + '--upload --port ' + port

Il should solve your problem.
