[plugin-locale] 无法对title起作用 且 语言切换会导致 项目整个的state被清除 about plugins

I think I figured this out. It was working with umi 3.0.x previously. After upgrading to umi 3.2.x it breaks.
According to the example from umi : https://github.com/umijs/plugins/blob/master/example/pages/index.tsx
It seems that some changes were made, so I followed the example and use addLocale in useEffect.
It's working for me again now. Below is an extract of my code:

const [languages, setLanguages] = useState(getAllLocales());
useEffect(() => {
addLocale('fr-FR');
addLocale('en-US');
setLanguages(getAllLocales());
}, []);

selectedKeys={[getLocale()]}
onClick={({ key }) => setLocale(key, false)}
