### Describe the bug After updating to Windows 11 26H2, the flyout notification for playback start no longer appears. The "Next" flyout works correctly, and the volume control flyout also appears normally. However, when playback starts, the playback start flyout is not displayed. This issue started immediately after updating to Windows 11 26H2. Before the update, the feature was working correctly. Steps to reproduce: 1. Update Windows to 11 26H2. 2. Start media playback. 3. Check the flyout notification.
