Specify CUDA Toolkit version? about clojurecuda

There is: simply add explicit dependency to jcuda 0.9.1 or 0.9.2 to your project.

As of the next version, ClojureCUDA will require CUDA 9.2 by default, but you could explicitly specify 0.9.0 or 0.9.1 (or even 0.8.0, but then I am not sure whether all functions will work properly).

I think it would be very helpful to add this "trick" to the tutorial.

On jcuda.org there is no mention of 0.9.1 or 0.9.2 in either news or downloads, so I assumed they were not released yet. I should have checked on GitHub. The latest release there is 0.9.2-RC00.
