Good point. I don't know how to do it though. YAML may have a comment syntax but I don't know how to generate it from code.

Yeah, we're still waiting for updates on House.gov and Senate.gov. I think
just adding a line to the README is fine for now, this should be a
temporary situation.

Sure, it's a temporary situation, but it's one that's going to repeat every time a new Congress comes in. As we've seen with other things, the README doesn't necessarily get updated at the same time the data does.

I did see that YAML has a comment syntax (I think it's #), but I don't know enough about the Python implementation right now to be able to tell you how to implement it in code.

I'm gonna close this one as probably not necessary. For one, even though we haven't brought in freshman data yet, the information is actually already current for the 113th Congress - I swept out out-of-office people, so it's only listing seats people still presumably have until announcements tell us otherwise.
