Missing Twitter accounts for some senators about congress-legislators

Isakson's account looks good, even though it's not linked from his official
home page. It's a verified account and links to his home page, and that's
okay.

Gillibrand's is her campaign account. It links to her campaign website, and
I actually called her office and asked people there about it last week.
They confirmed it's not an account of her legislative office.

Send a pull request with Isakson? Feel free to run the social_media script
to check for more.

Just did a sweep and added 10 more Twitter accounts. Doing Facebook and YouTube sweeps now (but won't continue updating the thread).
