Gamepad buttons about input-overlay

if you can give me a clue on how to query game-pad input through windows it should be doable.
I might look into it myself but it'll take some time

EDIT: So I got detecting game pads and their input working which means I should be able to make a new preset soon. Should keep in mind that this'll only work with xbox game-pads and any that have the same behavior.

Welp, it's done. It took way more effort than I thought it would but now it's implemented.
I'll make some finishing touches and make a release
