Plugin output causes output to STDOUT to be overwritten about whatweb

\n and \r is now sorted for Brief Output. I convert it to the encoded URL character. is this good? idk... it works.

I don't have a better solution.

Special characters such as tab may also need to be replaced. Backspace "\b" definitely needs to be replaced. ASCII decimal/hex for backspace is 8.
