Updating the project to Meteor 1.0 not working on iOS about meteor-ionic

I removed "ngCordova" from the bower dependencies and the app started up.
The issue seems to be known but not fixed yet

I believe it is because mquandalle:bower add ng-cordova.js after cordova.js which breaks the rule : "Include ng-cordova.js or ng-cordova.min.js in your index.html file before cordova.js"

see ionic-team/ng-cordova#426 and meteor/meteor#2920

the solution would be for meteor to update to cordova 3.6.0 at least or find a way to include ngcordova before
