Hi pandafulmanda, I'm also interested on that. ;) I started with a web app, but now I'd like to build an hybrid App and upload it to Apple/Google App markets.
I asked Morten (https://github.com/raix), and he has recommended me to use packmeteor (https://github.com/SpaceCapsule/packmeteor). If you try it and succeed, please let me know how you've done. Thanks!

In Meteor 0.9.2 Meteor released a built-in support for PhoneGap apps: https://www.meteor.com/blog/2014/09/15/meteor-092-iOS-Android-mobile-apps-phonegap-cordova
In a few weeks I'm going to add a chapter on the angular-meteor tutorial about mobile and Ionic, I hope it will be usful to you.

Hey guys,
Check out the example at meteor-ionic-example.
You can just run it for android with meteor run android or for ios with meteor run ios.
Meteor has a full documentation on running on cordova here.
