Performance: Replace text file persistence with a real database about re-employment-kraken

Hey there, thanks for chiming in.

I absolutely agree, that plain text files are not enough in the long run. Tbh I wasn't expecting to use it for a long time, so I was happy with the most simple form of persistence, but the current economic situation might in fact warrant a long-term solution. And it's just the right way to do it of course.

I like the idea of using a SQLite! And I also agree, a migration script may be over the top. I don't think there are that many instances running out there yet. :)
