Should not throw an error if the directive #EXTM3U is not present.

Example 4 from Wikipedia/M3U shows the following is valid.

#EXTM3U is for Extended m3u format which allows comments.

The dependency bluebird was updated from 3.5.3 to 3.5.4.

None of the work is async, why pull in bluebird at all? Did you anticipate that you might be able to do some work async in the future?
