Curly quotes instead of straight quotes

There's some janky formatting on this line of SDRSVmOverrides.ps1 `$pod=Get-View -ViewType 'StoragePod' -filter @{"Name”=”DatastoreCluster”}` The first quotation mark is a straight quote, but the next 3 quotes are curly quotes.
